tonight for dinner we are having Marinated Asian Chicken

i came up with this recipe when i was trying to figure out how to make plain ol' chicken different.... My oldest son is VERY picky so i wanted to make it good enough for him to eat so this is what i came up with

take chicken breasts i used
  • Foster Farms Ice Glazed Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast.
 FOR THE SAUCE
  • Soy sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Garlic Powder
  • Celery Salt
  • Onion Powder
  • Pinch of Cumin
TAKE the marinade and pour over the chicken in a container big enough to hold marinade and chicken ...
i marinated it for about 2 1/2 hours ....time passes....

after the time is up i placed the marinated chicken in a glass baking dish and @ 350 i put it in the oven (for about 45min or until cooked through)...

DON'T THROW AWAY THE MARINADE--

i then took the marinate and put it in a small sauce pan on the stove and brought up to a rolling boil ((be SURE NOT TO BURN)) place heat on low and cook for 25 min watch carefully... after the allotted time turn heat off and let cool it should thicken slightly... SMELLS AMAZING

serve sauce at table so you can add more to your chicken as u want!!!!
serve with white rice and veggies
