Neighbors DOG

this morning was like every other morning!! so i thought
Get kids up get ready for school (well today only PaulJames went to school) make breakfast.. wait for PaulJames ride and then off he goes... so after all was done and cleaned up.
I swept,started laundry and dishwasher... the other two and i were sitting on the couch watching cartoons..

i got up to get the mail and immediately RAN back inside due to THE NEIGHBORS GERMAN SHEPARD DOG THAT WAS BARKING AT ME this dog is in no way as sweet and precious as they say she is...ummm maybe because her owner is standing right there when she is being all sweet I have met and seen this dog many times and it still acts like i am a stranger NO NO NO FUN
 
then like 5 min later another neighbor calls me saying don't go outside the dog is out and it chased him down the st while he was riding his bike to work and he had  TO PEPPER SPRAY her... he had called animal control but they aren't open till 12pm it was about 9:50 am... so i called the local police department and they were gong to send the on call AC out to deal with the situation...

As we i was waiting for them to come by a lady was walking with her young child in a jogger and a older puppy lab ... i told her to go the other way due to the neighbors dog who at this point was coming onto my lawn barking as if we were torturing her.... the lady was very alarmed and turned and walked a very fast walk AWAY lol my son 19mth had come out of my house at that point and followed me i picked him up and  went inside...

 so a lil later the AC and police comes and woooooweee that dog was not happy that they were going to take her away lol she was barking all crazy... she went back into her backyard...HER GATE WAS OPEN... the AC made sure the gate was closed and secure... okayyy but how did she get out in the 1st place if she can get out once she is OBVIOUSLY going to get out again right???!?!?!?!?

so to make a LONG story short she is in the backyard barking at my dogs sheesh it was crazy lol neighbors were coming out of there homes to see what all the comotion was about hahah
